About The Position

Lumexa Imaging partner Touchstone Medical Imaging is looking for a friendly, dependable Float Patient Service Representative to support our Southern Colorado imaging centers. This is a Full-Time position with hours that will vary based on business needs. The role involves supporting multiple imaging centers, including locations in Lafayette, Lakewood, Thornton, Wheat Ridge, Aurora, Englewood, Castle Rock, and other potential sites. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between assigned locations.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of medical office or hospital experience preferred
• Insurance verification and authorization experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients
• Schedule diagnostic imaging appointments
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Check patients in and out
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with billing-related documentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting multiple imaging centers
