About The Position

You will work as a Float Medical Receptionist in our Clinics in the Myrtle Beach area. You will report to the Assistant Operations Director under the supervision of the Center Administrator in each location. This is an onsite outpatient clinic position. This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs.
  • Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources such as the organization's location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and/or email address.
  • Additional responsibilities may include miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages.
