This multi-site role lets you support several facilities, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education to patients in diverse care environments. Requirements

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
CDR exam eligible

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
