Carefree Living is seeking a compassionate and reliable Float CNA to join our northern Assisted Living communities. This position provides coverage across multiple sites while delivering resident-centered care in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Requirements

• Current CNA certification in Minnesota.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Build meaningful relationships and ensure the highest level of care and customer service.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive living environment.
• Support team members and adapt to different site protocols as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
