Float Advanced Practice Nurse (NP/CNM) - New Mexico Relocation Bonus

This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.
Requirements
- Active NP or CNM license in the state where care will be provided (e.g., Colorado or New Mexico)
- 1+ year experience in reproductive health or prior experience with PPRM
- National certification as NP or CNM
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Ideal candidates who reside within a 45-mile radius of the Albuquerque area are preferred.
- Spanish fluency (upon passing test)
Responsibilities
- Conduct reproductive health exams and screenings
- Diagnose and treat STIs
- Provide birth control education and methods
- Participate in abortion services
- Deliver excellent patient care and education
Benefits
- Relocation Bonus: out-of-state moves: $6,000 / In-state moves if living at least a 2.5-hour distance from the new work location: $3,000
- +$2.25/hour for Spanish fluency (upon passing test)
- Training: Includes paid sessions, ongoing development, and a structured onboarding plan.
- Initial travel to Denver (2–4 weeks) may be required.
