About The Position

Air Charter Service (ACS) is a leading aircraft charter company that provides passenger and cargo aircraft charters worldwide. ACS is a rapidly growing company, generating over $1 billion in revenue and arranging more than 25,000 charter flights annually. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with Flight Representatives and ACS Private Jets departments, developing processes, scheduling and coordinating Flight Representatives, acting as a main point of contact for charter consultants globally, monitoring booking forms, producing accurate records and reports, and ensuring Flight Representatives complete post-flight visit reports. The role also involves leading projects for the growth of the Flight Representative department, collaborating with non-sales departments, adapting communication styles, and following company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain working relationships with the Flight Representatives and ACS Private Jets departments.
• Develop and refine processes to continually improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate Flight Representatives to maximize coverage and efficiency, including assigning one representative to multiple flights where appropriate.
• Act as the main point of contact for charter consultants globally, ensuring all Flight Representatives receive all necessary information to deliver a seamless service on the day of the flight.
• Monitor booking forms and report data whilst proactively liaising with consultants to arrange Flight Representative coverage.
• Oversee and produce accurate records and reports for the number of reps achieved monthly for Flight Representatives across the U.S. and Canada.
• Ensure Flight Representatives complete post-flight visit reports via the Flight Rep App/email template to keep accurate service records.
• Lead on projects to assist on future growth of the Flight Representative department (e.g. review data to validate Flight Representative growth).
• Collaborate closely with non-sales departments, recognizing their vital role in ACS’s overall success.
• Adapt communication style to suit the needs of clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Follow company procedures methodically to safeguard both ACS and its clients.
