The Flight Operations Scheduler is a professional planner, a concierge, an educator, a sales professional, and a communications expert, along with a myriad of other specialized competencies all rolled into one. This role involves flight operations scheduling duties during various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as additional remote on-call shifts after hours. The scheduler will utilize communication tools, manage TSA list checks, attend jet center meetings, import data into flight operations software, respond to client inquiries, create charter quotes, analyze fleet and pilot utilization, ensure trip logistics are completed, coordinate with maintenance and chief pilot, manage client preferences, communicate with stakeholders, provide preflight briefings, create invoices, verify flight logs and crew times, prepare flight release documentation, flight follow with pilots and clients, maintain databases and manuals, perform clerical duties, and assist with projects and presentations.
