About The Position

You will be the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for supervising avionics crews, conducting ground checks, and ensuring safe, on‑schedule flight‑line activities. As the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading represented avionics technicians and managing daily flight‑line operations.

Requirements

Avionics technical experience.
Production or manufacturing experience.
Previous supervisory experience or experience leading others.
Flight Line experience.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Ability to maintain adherence to all established procedures and successfully pass all audits.

Nice To Haves

Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics systems.
Attributes of a strong leader and effective communicator.

Highly motivated and willing to drive change.
Requires minimal oversight.
Willing to work significant overtime on any shift which may include rotating assignments on weekends.
Strong computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise avionics crews performing systems testing, ground checks, and flight operations, adjusting work assignments to meet tactical and strategic goals.
Ensure tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established procedures and work plans.
Conduct safety audits, identify risks, and implement corrective actions in partnership with Flight Line Operations leadership.
Monitor “Clean As You Go” compliance, tool control, and complete end‑of‑shift shutdown processes.
Review training reports, coordinate with training representatives, and maintain the required mix of certifications across the team.
