About The Position
Join the exciting and dynamic Aviation team here at JPMorganChase. As an Aircraft Dispatcher, you will provide operational support for JPMorganChase aviation.
Requirements
- FAA Dispatcher license is required
- Minimum 5 year scheduling or equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Possesses proven oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Aviation Team (Pilots, Flight Attendants, Mechanics) on trip briefings and trip planning
- Proactively monitor for operational impacts (weather, airspace, etc.) and mitigate appropriately.
- Possess an understanding of aircraft performance to guide safe and reliable trip planning.
- Ability to anticipate passenger needs, delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Actively participate in the Aviation Safety Management System
- Familiar with international and domestic flight operations
