Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Flight Attendant role or in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to obtain a RAIC (security pass)
  • Satisfactory criminal record check
  • A Canadian Passport or PR Card
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be flexible and able to work a varied schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Aviation or hospitality management diploma/degree an asset

Responsibilities

  • Plan in-flight service and catering needs based on client requests
  • Provide a high level of service to the client while ensuring the safety and comfort
  • Greet passengers and assist with their personal belongings
  • Brief clients on the use of safety equipment
  • Administer basic first aid to passengers in distress. ie: CPR, AED, First Aid
  • Ensure cabin service supplies are adequate for the duration of a flight
  • Store, prepare, and serve food for passengers and crew
  • Inspect, clean, and stock cabin, galley, and lavatories after every leg
  • Inform the Pilot in Command of any cabin defects
