About The Position

You will deliver structured, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions with a strong focus on assessment, technique, and client outcomes. This is a hands-on role requiring confidence, professionalism, and the ability to work with a wide range of bodies and limitations.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics (non-negotiable)
• One of the following credentials: Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or similar Licensed/Certified Massage Therapist or Neuromuscular Therapist Certified Personal Trainer (NASM or ACE only) Yoga or Pilates certification (comprehensive programs only) Physical Therapy Aide experience (minimum 1 year, hands-on)
• At least 1 year of hands-on client experience in a fitness, therapy, or rehab setting
• Ability to confidently handle clients physically (positioning, cueing, manual guidance)

• Maintaining a clean, disciplined, and professional studio environment
• Supporting client retention through results and experience—not pressure
