About The Position

As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce custom products that meet exact customer and engineering specifications. In this hands-on role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to drive quality, minimize waste, support production efficiency, and ensure compliance within our ISO 13485 regulated environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Ability to read job specifications
• Ability to interpret drawings
• Ability to compute mathematical calculations

Nice To Haves

• Experience with flexographic operations
• Experience with rotary die cutting
• Experience with ink mixing
• Experience with color matching
