About The Position

This is a full-time on-site role for an Adhesive Laminator Operator located in Watertown, CT. The Adhesive Laminator Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating adhesive lamination machinery, monitoring equipment performance, performing quality checks, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols, inspecting laminated materials for quality, and collaborating with team members to ensure production goals are met efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in operating and troubleshooting adhesive lamination or similar machinery
• Understanding of material handling processes, quality assurance, and safety procedures
• Technical skills in equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for a collaborative work environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and follow instructions
• High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus
• Vocational training is advantageous
