About The Position

Join the fastest-growing in-home care agency in & around Charlottesville, VA! We offer flexible schedules, allowing you to build a schedule that works with your life. We are looking for dedicated individuals with at least 6 months of caregiving experience or CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP certification, or willingness to train. You must have a valid driver's license and insured vehicle, be at least 18 years old, able to lift at least 25 lbs, and pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Companionship & Conversation
• Mobility, Transfers, Light Exercise
• Meal Preparation & Medication Reminders
• Support with Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light Housekeeping
• Occasional Transportation (errands, appointments, outings)
