About The Position

ComForCare Central KC is seeking an energetic, adaptable professional to join their team as a FlexCare & Talent Acquisition Specialist. This unique hybrid position combines hands-on caregiving with recruitment and community engagement, offering room to grow alongside the leadership team. The role involves stepping in on short notice to cover caregiver shifts, recruiting and onboarding new caregiving talent, and engaging with the community on social media. There is also potential for expansion into scheduling, back-office operations, and team leadership as a backup to the Director of Operations.

Requirements

Proven track record in direct caregiving and a genuine passion for helping others.
Enjoy connecting with people, whether assisting a client, chatting with a job applicant, or posting on Facebook.
Thrive in dynamic environments, love a good challenge, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to your work.
Strong caregiving roots and great communication skills (recruitment experience is a plus, but training will be provided).

Responsibilities

Step in on short notice to cover shifts when a scheduled caregiver calls off, ensuring zero missed shifts for our clients.
Partner directly with our Director of Operations to recruit, screen, and onboard the best, most reliable caregiving talent in the KC metro area.
Share fun activity updates and engaging content on our Facebook page to keep our community connected.
As the primary backup to our Director of Operations, this role has room to expand into scheduling, back-office operations, and team leadership.
