Requirements
- Proven track record in direct caregiving and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Enjoy connecting with people, whether you’re assisting a client, chatting with a job applicant, or posting on Facebook.
- Thrive in dynamic environments, love a good challenge, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to your work.
- Strong caregiving roots and great communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Recruitment experience is a plus.
- We will train the right person to recruit!
Responsibilities
- Step in on short notice to cover shifts when a scheduled caregiver calls off, ensuring zero missed shifts for our clients.
- Partner directly with our Director of Operations to recruit, screen, and onboard the best, most reliable caregiving talent in the KC metro area.
- Share fun activity updates and engaging content on our Facebook page to keep our community connected.
- As the primary backup to our Director of Operations, this role has room to expand into scheduling, back-office operations, and team leadership.
