About The Position

The Flex Fitness Studio is a high-end health club that offers an assortment of amenities within our facility. We are currently looking for a P.T Flex Welcome Partner Lead. You will be responsible for providing a sensational experience to our leisure guests and members.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or guest service; supervisory experience is an asset
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong accountability and follow-through
Comfortable with administrative systems and tracking
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
CPR/First Aid certification is required
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday (am and pm shifts)

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth daily operations and supporting team members
Ensure team alignment with policies, procedures, and daily expectations
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and overall facility presentation
Monitor daily operations through checklists and follow-ups to ensure completion
Oversee inventory levels (towels, F&B, supplies)
Review access tracking, identify issues, and follow up on membership or billing concerns
Deliver exceptional guest and member service; handle inquiries and escalations professionally
Support membership sales and promote services
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel standards
Monitor the pool and facility for safety concerns; report and document incidents as required
Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
