Flex Warehouse Operator, Seasonal Part Time
About The Position
This role is for a Flex Warehouse Operator, Seasonal Part Time position within the Warehousing department. The shift offers flexibility, requiring a minimum of 16 hours and a maximum of 29 hours per week. Employment dates are from June 15, 2026, through December 1, 2026, with a specific shift of 8 AM-3:30 PM (1st Shift) Monday - Thursday. The pay rate is $26.50 per hour. As a key member of the Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, you will perform front-line processes to ensure successful delivery of final products. You will gain skills in warehouse operations, including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing warehouse areas. Daily operation of a forklift and other plant machinery and equipment will be required. This position is part of the Purina Animal Nutrition business, which serves producers and animal owners across the United States, innovating nutrition products for healthier, more productive animals. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 6+ months of work experience in any industry
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
- Successful forklift certification required

Responsibilities
- Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
- Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
- Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
- Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
- Operates daily on a forklift and uses other plant machinery and equipment as needed
