The Flex Security Supervisor will provide coverage in the Salem, Woodburn, Troutdale, and Hillsboro areas, filling in for Security Officers, Shift Supervisors, Site Supervisors, and Account Managers. This role is crucial for operational and financial success, providing trained support for shifts open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes, ensuring continual, uninterrupted service to customers while protecting the health and work balance of personnel. Strong communication and organization skills are essential.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience required
2 or more years of leadership experience in security or related field
Must have DPSST Private Security License
Proficient with computers and Microsoft office
Have reliable means of transportation and communication
Excellent customer service skills
Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance
Must always be accessible for phone communication
Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility
Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form
Exceptional Report Writing Skills
Willing and able to work holidays and weekends
Willing to work in all weather conditions
Able to work independently
Clean background, and drug screen
Must be available for short notice work
Must be over 21 and able to be driver certified
Expected to work any shift for which you are scheduled in advance which falls within the availability described on this sheet
For short-notice call-ins, you are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts for which you are called

Supervisory Manager License a plus

Responsibilities

Fill in for Security Officers, Shift Supervisors, Site Supervisors, and Account Managers
Build and maintain relationships with onsite leadership to ensure smooth transitions during shift change
Provide trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives
