Security Officers will perform duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), requiring quick and efficient action according to directives.

Requirements

1 year of customer service experience.
Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and sound judgment.
Dependable transportation.
Professional appearance and grooming standards.
Strong teamwork and reliability.
Must have flexible availability, including weekends and varying shifts.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Utah Guard License.

Nice To Haves

1 year of security experience with an active Guard Card.

Responsibilities

Provide trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes.
Enable Sunstates to provide continual, uninterrupted service to customers.
Protect the health and work balance of personnel.
Be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
Perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
