Requirements

  • Current CA Guard Card & 40 hr. Certificate preferred.
  • Dispatching or concierge experience preferred.
  • Previous Customer Service preferred.
  • Prior security/military/law enforcement experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • CA Guard Card

Responsibilities

  • Provide trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes.
  • Be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
  • Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
  • Work any shift for which you are scheduled in advance which falls within the availability described.
  • Communicate unavailability on upcoming dates or times to your supervisor.
  • Work at least 80% of the shifts for which you are called for short-notice call-ins.
