Requirements

Current CA Guard Card & 40 hr. Certificate preferred.
Dispatching or concierge experience preferred.
Previous Customer Service preferred.
Prior security/military/law enforcement experience preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Provide trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes.
Be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Work any shift for which you are scheduled in advance which falls within the availability described.
Communicate unavailability on upcoming dates or times to your supervisor.
Work at least 80% of the shifts for which you are called for short-notice call-ins.
