About The Position

Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring Event for Flex Security Officers on Wednesday, May 14th, from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM. Meet with our Hiring Managers for Flex Security Officer opportunities in the Phoenix, AZ area. Various days and shifts are available with a pay rate of $22.00/hr - paid weekly. Officers must become knowledgeable of all assigned post responsibilities and be able to respond quickly and efficiently according to site directives. Requirements

1+ year of security experience preferred
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
High attention to detail and integrity
Strong decision-making and judgment skills
Reliable transportation
Professional appearance and grooming standards
Team-oriented mindset
Ability to work flexible hours with and without notice
High School diploma or equivalent
AZ Guard License

Responsibilities
