About The Position

The FLEX Officer reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and helps fill in at various sites. They are provided full time hours, but do not have a "home base" at one site. The right candidate for this highly rewarding job will be professional, motivated, and ready to learn!

Requirements

• Flexible availability REQUIRED (Varying shifts, Monday - Sunday 1st/2nd/3rd shift).
• Valid driver's license REQUIRED.
• Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator; capable of working closely with both global and local security teams.
• Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• MUST be flexible enough to work any potential open shift available during the week.
• MUST be willing to travel up to a one-hour commute to various client sites in the NH area.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
