DSI is growing, again! We are hiring a Full Time Flex Security Officer for the Dallas, TX area. Flex Officers are assigned to support multiple client locations throughout the Dallas area based on business needs. Schedules, shifts, work locations, and days worked may vary from week to week. Candidates must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed and be willing to travel between assigned locations. OPEN AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED

Requirements

Customer service oriented with effective written and oral communication skills.
Intermediate computer skills.
Ability to perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting.
Open availability to work varying shifts, schedules, and client locations throughout the Dallas area.
At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable means of transportation and communication.
Must pass all required background and drug screenings.
Valid State Driver's License
Valid Texas Security License

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients.
Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual.
Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
Perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting as required.
Work in all-weather elements as needed.
