As a Flex Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Multitask and work well under pressure.
Be at least 21 years of age or older.
Have a valid Nevada driver's License.
Have a Current PILB in Hand.
Have at least one year of security experience.
Have strong work ethic!

Nice To Haves

Candidates must have flexibility to work Day, Swing or Grave shifts as scheduling needs vary weekly.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
Respond quickly to critical situations.
Read and write detailed reports.
Quickly learn each client's procedures, regulations, and standards so you can enforce them.
Use modern technology and electronics as needed.
Use and maintain vehicles and equipment by following proper procedures.
