About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Flex Security Ambassador in Las Vegas, Nevada. This response-focused security role varies by day and special event and may include customer service, patrols, surveillance, and responding to critical situations. The position requires adapting to changing assignments and learning and enforcing each client's procedures, regulations, and standards. Candidates must be flexible to work day, swing, or graveyard shifts as weekly scheduling needs vary. Uniforms are provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Nevada driver's license.
• Current PILB card in hand.
• At least one year of security experience.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Learn and enforce each client's procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Use modern technology and electronics as needed.
• Use and maintain vehicles and equipment according to proper procedures.
