Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
The Flex Sales Associate is a part-time role supporting Pandora’s store during peak hours and other periods when additional coverage is needed. The associate delivers a world-class customer experience, works toward individual and store sales goals, shares product knowledge, and helps customers style jewellery. The schedule varies according to business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. Hours may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. The role also supports store operations and merchandising standards, represents Pandora as a brand ambassador, and builds customer loyalty through authentic engagement. Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a variable schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with increased availability during peak periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
- Ability to arrive at work on time.
