About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Willowbrook Mall location delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeds sales goals, and supports store operations during peak hours and other periods when additional coverage is needed. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, and builds genuine connections that encourage brand loyalty. This flexible role accommodates changing business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. Scheduling may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Demonstrate results-oriented selling ability.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Be available for a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Be able to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
- Arrive at work on time.
- Complete an assessment sent by email after submitting an application.
