About The Position

The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This Part-Time role is designed to fit a flexible lifestyle, requiring the associate to be available during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods) to provide incredible fan experiences and support store operations. The associate will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving a voice to people's loves.

Requirements

• Can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• Have developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work.
• Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement.
• This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work.
• Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
