About The Position

The Flex Sales Associate is a part-time role supporting the Pandora store during peak hours and other periods when additional coverage is needed. The associate delivers a world-class customer experience, works toward sales goals, shares product knowledge, and helps customers style jewellery that expresses their stories. The schedule varies with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by greater availability during peak times. Work may range from four hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. An assessment will be emailed to applicants after they submit an application.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Demonstrate results-oriented selling ability.
• Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Complete an assessment emailed after application submission.
