Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
The Flex Sales Associate is a part-time retail role at Pandora’s Park Place Mall store, focused on delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging and attracting customers. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, and supports store operations during peak periods. The schedule varies according to business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, with increased availability during peak times. Work may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. An assessment will be emailed after the application is submitted.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with increased availability during peak periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.

- Provide excellent product knowledge and create memorable shopping experiences that build brand loyalty.
- Engage authentically with customers and foster lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards.
- Provide support during high-traffic periods, special events, or when additional store coverage is needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
