This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with overtime as required.

Requirements

Great communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and customers both in person and over the phone
Strong PC skills with Microsoft knowledge
Ideal candidate must be successful, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and have excellent time management skills
Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check, and driving record check)

Nice To Haves

Plumbing and/or HVAC knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

Consult with customers both in person and over the phone to analyze both current and future needs to determine the most appropriate level of service/sales
Demonstrate comprehensive company product knowledge to customers and effectively articulate the company's competitive advantage
Load and unload trucks using dollies, dolly carts, forklifts, and other tools as needed
Unload, inspect, store, and shift incoming product
Scan, pick, and load customer orders
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Local deliveries to customers' shops or job sites
Other duties as assigned
