About The Position
Titan Security is seeking a Flex Officer for their West Suburban portfolio. This role involves serving as a key asset across multiple premier sites, mastering various security systems including CCTV monitoring and complex access control. The Flex Officer team reports directly to the Leadership Team and is the primary talent pool for advancement and leadership opportunities. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of security experience.
- Proficiency with CCTV, Access Control systems, and Email is essential.
- Reliable transportation is required for travel between sites (covering the Downers Grove through Rosemont areas).
- Must possess or be able to acquire a valid Illinois PERC card.
- 18+ years old.
- HS Diploma/GED.
- Able to pass drug/background screens.
- Physically capable of foot patrols and walking stairs in various conditions.
Responsibilities
- Conducting critical foot patrols to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the property.
- Providing high-level concierge services to clients, tenants, and guests.
- Utilizing CCTV and modern security technology to maintain site safety.
- Managing professional entry/exit protocols for corporate and commercial sites.
- Interfacing with clients and leadership via professional email and digital reporting.
