About The Position

The Flex Associate assists other Anderson Merchandisers associates with executing client projects. Employment is ongoing on an as-needed basis, and the position reports directly to the Market Sales Manager. Work may take place while sitting, standing, or walking and involves tasks such as fine hand and finger manipulation, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and upper- and lower-body movement. Associates work flexible morning or evening shifts according to store requirements, including at least one four-hour weekend shift. Travel to additional locations may be necessary.

Requirements

Be able to lift objects and products up to 50 pounds, frequently lift or carry items up to 35 pounds, and lift objects up to 100 pounds with assistance from another associate.
Be able to perform work while sitting, standing, or walking, and to manipulate hands or fingers, bend, twist, squat, climb, and move the upper and lower body.
Work flexible morning or evening shifts according to store requirements and needs, including at least one four-hour weekend shift.
Have a high school diploma or equivalency certification.
Have a valid driver's license; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
Maintain automobile liability insurance.
Have access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and email.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Have at least conversational proficiency in spoken and written English, including the ability to communicate with customers and coworkers in real time.

Nice To Haves

Access to a webcam is preferred.
Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
