About The Position

The Flex Associate assists other Anderson Merchandisers associates with executing client projects. Employment is ongoing on an as-needed basis, and the position reports directly to the Market Sales Manager. Associates execute assigned tasks, projects, resets, and displays according to instructions while maintaining company, client, and retailer confidentiality. Work may involve sitting, standing, or walking and requires physical mobility and manual dexterity. Shifts are flexible (morning or afternoon) according to store needs, including at least one four-hour weekend shift. Travel to additional locations may be necessary. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, maintained automobile liability insurance, and access to a computer, internet, printing, and email. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and have conversational English proficiency in speaking and writing. Customer service or sales experience is preferred; access to a webcam is also preferred. The listed rate of pay is $16.00. Benefits may be available subject to company policy and eligibility.

Requirements

Able to lift up to 50 pounds, frequently lift or carry objects or products up to 35 pounds, and lift objects up to 100 pounds with assistance from another associate.
Able to perform work while sitting, standing, or walking, and to use fine hand or finger movements, bend, twist, squat, climb, and maintain upper- and lower-body mobility.
Able to work flexible shifts based on store requirements and needs, including a minimum of one four-hour weekend shift.
High school diploma or equivalency certification.
Valid driver's license.
Maintain automobile liability insurance.
Access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and email.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Conversational proficiency in spoken and written English, sufficient to communicate with customers or coworkers in real time.
