About The Position

Rubber Duck Truck and Fleet Wash is hiring full-time and part-time Fleet Wash Technicians for its modern truck and fleet wash facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, across from the Flying J. The facility is opening in March. Technicians provide customer assistance, help keep the wash operating safely and efficiently, and perform routine maintenance and cleaning. Pay is $20 per hour, with quarterly and yearly bonuses. Benefits are available to full-time employees.

Requirements

Maintenance background required.
Ability to maneuver 50 pounds.
Physical stamina to bend, kneel, squat, and stand for long periods.
Enjoy hands-on work and have strong attention to detail.
Responsible and reliable.
Ability to work alone or with others.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Must pass a background check and drug screen and have a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Guide semis and trucks into the truck wash while providing efficient customer service.
Maintain the truck wash through preventative maintenance and regular cleaning.
Notify management and request service repairs when malfunctions occur.
Assist customers with questions about and sign-up for Founding Fleet Membership.
Maintain safe working conditions.
