About The Position
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Fleet Technician to help keep our vehicles safe, clean, and road-ready for the youth we serve. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and taking pride in keeping things running smoothly. This is a flexible part-time position with meaningful work supporting youth and the staff who serve them every day.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to identify safety or maintenance concerns
- Someone who works with professionalism, integrity, and strong situational awareness
Nice To Haves
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Basic computer and Excel skills preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete weekly vehicle inspections, tracking costs of needed repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate the completion of all repairs and maintenance
- Monitor vehicle safety and help ensure our fleet stays compliant and dependable
- Assist with light facilities and handyman tasks as needed
