Requirements

At least 2 years' experience as an automotive technician or graduation from a trade school.
ASE Certifications in Suspension & Steering (A4) and Brakes (A5), or willingness to earn them within the first year of employment.
At least 18 years old.
Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts.
Open to travel (5-10%).

Responsibilities

Perform basic mechanical repairs to include oil changes, mounting and balancing tires, tire repair, brake and part replacements.
Complete pre-delivery inspections on fleet vehicles as required by management.
Achieve daily output goals and maintain a minimum efficiency of 100%.
Use PPE at all times repairs are performed, including safety glasses while in the automotive shops.
Conduct daily clean-up of work area and maintain a clean work environment.
