Your Next Big Career Move: Fleet Support Coordinator with option to work out of Waukesha, WI or Wadsworth, IL. The Opportunity (Job Purpose): Are you ready to make a visible impact? As a Fleet Support Coordinator you will work with dealership personnel, outside repair facilities, and customers to assist with fleet management and to maximize customer uptime and costs. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us. Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of related work experience required.
  • 3+ years experience as a technician or Service Advisor in a heavy duty truck environment.
  • Intermediate Google Apps or related computer skills required.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate repair processes across assigned, lease/rental, used, and external fleets to minimize operational downtime and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Review and invoice repair orders, issue purchase orders, research unit repair histories, and ensure accurate billing practices per industry and company standards.
  • Assist dealers and customers with warranty repairs to ensure the prompt and efficient resolution of warranty claims.
  • Assist customers and dealership personnel with emergency breakdown support, including participating in an on-call weekend rotation.
  • Track remote diagnostic systems (e.g., Smartlinq) to proactively identify fleet issues, and educate dealer staff and customers on diagnostic tools.
  • Review repair recommendations, analyze maintenance data, and manage cost-efficiency across all fleet service activities.
  • Partner with dealership personnel, service technicians, and internal teams to streamline vehicle reconditioning, resolve process challenges, and optimize service delivery.
  • Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.
