About The Position

As a Fleet Support Administrator at SIXT, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for welcoming customers, guiding them through their rental journey, and ensuring all vehicles are ready for the road. This role is crucial in making the customer experience seamless, professional, and memorable from the moment they enter the facility to the moment they drive away. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally with a background in sales, service, or hospitality.
  • Genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical abilities.
  • Capable of managing fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation.
  • Ability to deliver data-driven insights.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Basic computer navigation skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across departments with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
  • Availability for day or evening shifts and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with a professional and friendly attitude, directing them to appropriate stations and maintaining an efficient flow.
  • Ensure a clean and organized front-of-house presence that reflects SIXT's premium brand standards.
  • Verify customer documents, check driver's license validity, and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle.
  • Handle vehicle exchanges to meet business needs.
  • Offer additional products and services such as prepaid fuel and toll passes.
  • Address customer questions and concerns.
  • Finalize rental agreements by confirming documents and explaining charges with accurate receipts.
  • Complete return transactions by inspecting rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage.
  • Advise customers on final charges and discreetly handle findings.
  • Direct issues to appropriate channels.
  • Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability.
  • Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for repairs.
  • Schedule vehicle maintenance, obtain estimates, and generate purchase orders.
  • Prepare new vehicles for rental by adding documentation, decals, and tags.
  • Enter new vehicles into the inventory system.
  • Oversee vehicle disposal preparation.
  • Ensure personal belongings are removed from returned vehicles.
