About The Position
Kwik Trip, Inc. operates a new Truck Maintenance Shop, located in Deforest, WI. The Fleet Maintenance Department has a team of 20 co-workers responsible for maintaining the vehicles operated by Kwik Trip. Our facility maintains our modern fleet of gasoline, diesel, and natural gas power equipment which includes: Class 8 tractors, petroleum tankers, multi-temp refrigeration units, light trucks and automotive equipment. Our state-of-the-art shop is equipped with truck and automotive hoists, quality tooling and safety equipment, and is natural gas compliant.
Requirements
- Required to operate powered industrial equipment
- Ability to lift 60lbs on a consistent basis throughout the day
- Ability to work in variety of temperatures
- Ability to stand/walk 8 + hours/shift
Responsibilities
- Completing the daily cleaning of the Truck Shop offices, Break Rooms, Bathrooms, and production areas.
- Ordering product, stocking, and maintaining our self-serve vending system in the breakroom.
