About The Position

As a Fleet Service Specialist, you are responsible for the cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of our company fleet. This dual-purpose role provides essential support to our mechanical team. Your daily impact includes: Vehicle Detailing and Preparation: Performing thorough interior and exterior cleaning-including body and chassis-for cars, vans, heavy-duty trucks, and trailers. Preventative Maintenance: Executing basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and vacuuming to ensure fleet safety. Shop Support: Assisting Fleet Mechanics with equipment maintenance and preparing company assets for employee check-out. Facility Stewardship: Maintaining a safe work area by organizing parts, sweeping floors, and performing general custodial functions. Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all shop safety protocols and collaborating with the team to ensure all facility needs are met.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull 50-75+ lbs and manipulate large vehicle components.
Requires continuous standing, walking, bending, and crawling in and around commercial vehicles for 8-10 hours per day.
PPE (steel-toed boots, safety glasses) is mandatory.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

1+ years of related automotive or fleet experience is a plus.
