About The Position

The Stellantis Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for highly motivated, innovative, and inspired individuals to work on challenging assignments where contribution, teamwork, and communication are vital to the success of the organization. Interns that demonstrate outstanding qualities may be invited back for a return internship the following summer or may be considered for full-time positions. The Fleet Sales internship experience introduces how we build, market, distribute and sell vehicles to our fleet accounts in the commercial, government and rental channels. You will have exposure to multiple headquarters departments within sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain and be given assignments and projects that directly support our Sales senior management team. Typical workload may include extensive competitive analysis, creation of marketing & advertising materials, digital campaigns, incentive cost evaluation, competitive comparisons, as well as exposure to daily departmental tasks such as national reporting and communications. Teams you could be assigned to work with include Commercial Fleet Management, Market Requirements, Rental Sales, Commercial Sales, Fleet Business Relations and Operations, Fleet Logistics, and/or the Fleet Sales Value Creation Program (VCP). Sales interns are not just observers but a true extension of our headquarters team. Our goal is to prepare you for an eventual full-time entry-level Sales position in the field.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Business, Sales, Communications, Marketing or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship
• Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the internship
• Willingness to relocate for internship, if applicable
• Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university by Spring 2027
• Authorized to work in the United States
