Big Valley Ford is looking for a motivated Fleet Sales Representative to help businesses, government agencies, and commercial customers find the right vehicles and fleet solutions for their operations. Requirements

  • Previous sales experience required
  • Automotive, fleet, commercial, or B2B sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prospect, develop, and maintain business accounts
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, municipalities, and commercial customers
  • Prospect for new fleet accounts through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts
  • Consult with customers to understand their vehicle and business needs
  • Recommend fleet vehicles, upfit options, and transportation solutions
  • Prepare and present fleet proposals, quotes, and vehicle specifications
  • Coordinate with dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain ongoing relationships after the sale
  • Stay current on Ford fleet products, programs, incentives, and industry trends
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
