Requirements

  • Strong customer service, communication, and timeliness
  • Computer skills
  • Knowledge of various HVAC systems in order to size and quote systems properly based on customers' needs
  • At least 1 year experience in HVAC industry
  • The ability to work some evenings and weekends when needed
  • Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • HVAC sales: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Running daily sales appointments
  • Providing estimates
  • Educating customers to have more comfort in their homes
  • Generating leads and following up on estimates timely
  • Teamwork with installers by collecting proper job information for installs
  • Communicating with the customer service/dispatch teams
  • Communicating promptly with the customer, and other departments to ensure an unrivaled customer experience
  • Territory management effectively by planning routes, scheduling appointments, and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Lead generation through cold calling, inside sales techniques, or retail sales environments
  • Assessing market opportunities, evaluating competitors, and identifying upselling opportunities
