This is a B2B-focused role, working with commercial clients, contractors, and businesses to deliver customized fleet solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fleet or commercial vehicle sales, an existing book of business, and thrive in a high-performance environment, aiming to advance their income and career.

Requirements

• Previous Fleet or Commercial Sales experience
• Proven book of business and repeat clientele
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Automotive dealership sales experience preferred
• Experience with Ford Pro / commercial trucks & vans
• Knowledge of upfitting, financing, or fleet management
• Multilingual abilities

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with commercial and fleet clients (B2B sales)
• Identify customer needs and recommend truck, van, and fleet solutions
• Present vehicle specs, upfits, financing, and total cost of ownership
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Maintain and grow your sales pipeline through outbound efforts and referrals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and documentation
• Follow up post-sale to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Stay current on Ford Pro products, fleet programs, and market trends
