About The Position

The Fleet Sales Coordinator is responsible for re-engaging older, inactive, or unconverted leads from our database to identify new opportunities and close sales. In addition, this role includes direct outreach to prospects nationwide to help move aged inventory and sell commercial upfits for Driverge, Driverge Canada, & US Upfitters locations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of vehicle financing, sales, and dealership operations.

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2+ years of inside sales experience with a track record of closing deals preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Proficiency with SalesForce
  • Knowledge of vehicle financing, sales, and dealership operations
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience selling products or services over the phone
  • Strong verbal & written communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills
  • Resilient and able to handle objections
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent coordination and follow-through
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working independently and owning the full sales cycle
  • Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background checks and pre- employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to a targeted list of aged leads across the country.
  • Qualify prospects, identify needs, present commercial vehicle solutions, and close sales directly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SalesForce, including activity tracking, notes, and deal stages.
  • Prepare quotes, assist with paperwork, and ensure smooth handoff to operations for fulfillment and delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service during and after the sale to support long-term relationship building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, vehicle availability, and process alignment.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, call scripting, and market trends.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity and sales goals.
  • Ability to travel on rare occasions
  • Adhere to company policies, OSHA, and state regulations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
