Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience required
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Successful background check and drug screening (Note: THC is excluded from screening)

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of fleet/commercial vehicle sales preferred
  • Background in business development and lead generation
  • Knowledge of commercial financing and leasing
  • Proficient with CRM tools and dealership software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for fleet sales inquiries and client needs
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing fleet clients to generate repeat and referral business
  • Prospect and identify new commercial/fleet opportunities and leads
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and negotiate sales/lease terms
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support clients through vehicle financing and leasing processes
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to offer expert guidance
