About The Position

We are looking for a talented Fleet Safety & Compliance Senior Analyst to join our team specializing in Service for Cummins, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN, 100% remote. In this role, you will make an impact by leading the execution of the Fleet Management program, coordinating internal stakeholders and external service providers. You will act as the primary point of contact between internal customers and external vendors to ensure smooth operations, investigate fleet-related issues and lead resolution efforts to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service, reduce costs, and improve process efficiency. You will analyze fleet performance data to evaluate program effectiveness and support improvement projects, maintain fleet performance metrics, dashboards, and required periodic reporting. You will lead budget planning, tracking, research, and analysis, ensuring program execution within budget. You will also provide constructive feedback, support policy improvements, and lead or contribute to fleet projects, training, and program deployments.
