About The Position

This role is responsible for a variety of administrative and analytical duties related to accounts receivable. The position performs a range of functions that support fleet-related receivables, including conducting in-depth research and analysis, performing account reconciliations, and managing specialized billing requests for key customer accounts.

Requirements

Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
General accounting knowledge required.
Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone etiquette.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Intermediate-level Excel skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze, prepare, and distribute accurate monthly ad hoc reports.
Ensure integrity and quickly resolve issues, rates, electronic billing.
Use analytical techniques to provide meaningful data.
Review and complete system updates as requested by Leader.
Use customer service/analytical skills to handle billings and phone calls.
Inter-Company shared duties of Inter-company accounting, settlement schedules and journal entry preparation.
